Role-specific Japanese
Employers can contribute the terms that matter in their setting — the word, reading and intended meaning. BKU coordinates those terms into weekly practice and knowledge checks so candidates encounter the language before entry.
The learning plan, review cadence and progress-sharing format are agreed for each engagement. Preparation supports workplace readiness; it does not guarantee a language-test result or employment outcome.

Writing samples, recordings and progress records can reveal identity, language ability and personal circumstances. Access, sharing and retention should be agreed within the engagement.
